The subscription service is only valid for 50ml and 100ml products. You will receive a 10% discount for the continued sign-up initiative. 

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they contain important information regarding your use of our services.

1. Subscription Terms: By signing up for our subscription service, you agree to a 6-month commitment. This means that you will be charged for the entire 6-month period, regardless of whether or not you use the service during that time.

2. Payment: RecurPay will automatically charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each month for the duration of your subscription. If there are any issues with your payment method, RecurPay will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.

3. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that RecurPay does not offer refunds for any unused portion of the subscription period. If you cancel your subscription, your access to RecurPay's services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Changes to Services: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of its services at any time, without notice or liability to you. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may result from such modifications or discontinuations.

5. User Conduct: You agree to use RecurPay's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.

6. Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties: We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the service or any content available through the service. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SŚAINT operates.

10. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
